Local Marketing Coordinator

If you are looking for a FUN and AWESOME place to work, then look no more. Aqua Tots Swim Schools is looking for a Local Marketing Coordinator. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Hours may vary based on local events.

Salary position: $40,000-$45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing for Aqua Tots Swim Schools in Grand Rapids, Portage and Holland - With the possibility of additional locations in the future


• Scheduling and maintaining our social media calendar


• Creating and gathering unique content for social media


• Managing several social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.


• Implementing influencer campaigns and collaborations within the community


• Brainstorming new ideas to implement for new marketing campaigns


• Attending local events

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and creative mindset


• Understanding of various social media platforms


• Ability to multitask


• Self-starter with the ability to work independently


• Strong time management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)


• Proven work experience in marketing or social media


• Proven work experience with graphic design softwares


• Proven work experience with social media platforms


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline
