Position Overview:
As the Local Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless and delightful experience at our car wash. You will also be responsible for devising and implementing creative local marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster a sense of community engagement.

We have car washes in Springfield, MO, Tontitown, Fayetteville & Little Rock Arkansas that would fall under the Northwestern Arkansas territory.
Responsibilities:
Local Marketing:

Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and offers.
Engage with the local community and businesses to establish partnerships.
Utilize social media platforms and other channels to promote car wash services.
Plan and coordinate on-site events and promotions to increase foot traffic.

Team Support:

Work closely with our director of marketing to ensure a smooth operation.
Provide guidance and training to team members on customer service best practices.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment that aligns with our values.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Creativity and a strategic mindset for devising innovative marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of local marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or marketing certifications are a plus.

Starting Pay is $21/HR - This is a Hybrid Work At Home Position. Applicants will need to be located in the Bentonville/Springdale/Fayetteville area to service our locations in that region.
