Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Local Registration Authority (LRA) to join our team in Camp Lejeune, NC.

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

Our Local Registration Authority (LRA) will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). The selected candidate will play a critical role in the issuance and lifecycle management of digital certificates for secure Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform PKI certificate registration, issuance, and revocation in accordance with DoD and USMC policies.
• Support CAC PIN resets, SIPR token operations, and key recovery.
• Coordinate with the local Communications G6 for PKI server certificate requests and implementation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and PKI records to ensure audit-readiness and compliance.
• Utilize NEATs and Token Management Systems to issue alternate and SIPRNet tokens.
• Manage Remedy ticketing system entries and SharePoint updates for certificate lifecycle activities.
• Provide professional and prompt customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and submission of monthly activity reports and metrics to the USMC RA.
• Participate in LRA audits and support emerging PKI technologies as directed.

• U.S. Citizen
• Active or obtainable Secret DoD Clearance
• Minimum two (2+) years in PKI or LRA roles within a DoD environment

Certifications:

• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CISSP) equivalent or higher
• DoD/NSS Local Registration Authority Certification

Preferred

• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations
• Experience with Remedy, SharePoint, and certificate management systems.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps communications procedures and cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to provide training to end-users and trusted agents on PKI policies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.

This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next 2 months, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
