Job Description - Local Route CDL Driver

Labor Finders of Thomasville is seeking candidates to fill various CDL positions. Class A or Class B may apply.

We are seeking a skilled CDL Truck Driver to join a great local team. As a CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to designated destinations. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of products and contributing to our company's reputation for reliability

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operate over-the-road tractor trailer or 26' box truck to complete deliveries.
- Unload merchandise at customers.
- Assist in rack retrieval
- Maintain an electronic driver's log with accuracy and in compliance with DOT regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS::

- Valid State Class A or B CDL.
- Good basic math and geography skills.
- you are open to working extended hours.
- you meet DOT physical and medical requirements (MUST HAVE DOT Medical Card up to date)
- can pass substance abuse screening.
- ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, reach, pull and push.
HAZMAT endorsement a plus
