Location Director - Lititz

Purpose of the Job: 

The Serve Team Director works with the Location Pastor to help people to discover their purpose and gifting.  He or she directs all aspects of connecting those people to location Serve Team opportunities. 

Experience and Knowledge Required: 

• Desire and proven ability to lead and build teams to accomplish the mission of Victory Church. 

• Ability to articulate the mission, vision, strategy, and values of Victory Church. 

• Superior interpersonal skills working with a variety of people.   

• Positive attitude and approach to problem solving.  Must be solution oriented. 

• Must be a team player, people-oriented, and customer service minded. 

• Computer competency in Microsoft Office, etc. 

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills. 

• Humble Spirit, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Possess a full understanding of the heart and purpose of our Serve Team structure and opportunities. 

• Actively engage people before, during and after completion of Growth Track.  

• Recruit, develop and empower people to take their Next Step with Serve Teams.  

• Intentionally develop the coordinator team by modeling healthy team dynamics and coaching them on how to lead their team leads and team members.  

• Help build a healthy community (Acts 2) and creatively foster a vibrant, fun, and engaging environment. 

• All Other Duties as Assigned
