Job Description - Location Manager

Overview:
To supervise the day-to-day operation of the assigned Freedom Boat Club location. To promote teamwork through training, attitude and professionalism. To always lead by example and provide Red Carpet Service to all FBC members. To clean and maintain a fleet of recreational boats to the highest of standards and to communicate when issues arise that need assistance from higher level technicians.

Duties:
* Working dock shifts right alongside dock staff, leading by example.

* Cleaning and maintaining their fleet of boats.

* Putting out fair schedules 2 weeks in advance to be approved before published.

* Changing bilge and livewell pumps, fuses, props and other minor mechanical issues.

* Ensuring the waitlist and confirmation texts are completed and logged.

* Making sure all check outs are being done correctly and fuel fees are being collected.

* Properly recording information in Fleetio (maintenance app)

* Making recommendations when on scene weather is deteriorating.

* Training staff on the use of our maintenance and procedure .

* Addressing staffing needs.

* Requesting materials for cleaning and maintenance for stock.

* Notifying proper channels when maintenance is needed or boats are damaged.

* Completing incident reports and contacting proper authority when necessary.

* Always put safety first.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent

* NASBLA approved boating safety certification required.

* General knowledge of boating.

* Keep and maintain a professional appearance.

* Ability to communicate at a high level both verbally with members, staff and supervisors.

* Holding club members and staff to FBC policies and procedures.

* Ability to use an iPad, Tablet and smart phone to record information and communicate mechanical issues to team members.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour plus performance based tips from members
