At Frontier Cooperative, we believe agriculture is more than a business, it's a way of life. As an agricultural leader serving Nebraska's farming communities, we provide a comprehensive range of grain, agronomy, feed, and energy products and services. But what sets us apart is how we do it: with integrity, with quality, and with a deep commitment to the communities we're proud to call home. We're looking for people who share those values and want to grow with us.
What you'll do:

Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and AG Advisors to develop market plans for new and existing customers

Recommend strategic operational goals by gathering business, financial, service, and operations data; define objectives and evaluate outcomes
Enforce customer service standards and resolve complaints; work with customers to promote improved products and expanded services
Financial & inventory management
Reconcile daily cash sales and credit card reports; perform bank deposits and bill customers for products or services
Collect and credit customer accounts upon payment
Facility & equipment oversight
Manage and maintain proper working condition of vehicles, machinery, equipment, buildings, and grounds
Ensure equipment is cleaned regularly to prolong safe operation and promote a positive company image
May perform general vehicle, machinery, and equipment maintenance and repairs
Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations
Grain bin storage
Manage day-to-day operations of grain elevators, bins, and flat storage areas; direct and assign daily work to staff
Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments, ensuring proper storage placement and monitoring space requirements
Post daily grain prices; assist customers selling grain and notify the Grain Division Manager of all purchases
Ensure proper weigh scale management and accurate ticket data; maintain high grain grade and quality standards
Ensure bins are cleaned, swept, and treated with insecticide prior to filling; inspect grain regularly for temperature, mold, insect, or moisture issues
Pull grain cores for quality inspection; blend, dry, aerate, cool, and relocate grain as needed to maximize economic return
