GM Equipment Corporation is a fast growing equipment rental company headquartered in Western Pennsylvania. We service Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland and other areas with a variety of construction rental equipment. Our main focus being aerial lifts and material handling equipment.
We are in need of a Location Manager at our new Ambridge location serving the Pittsburgh, Pa market. Applicants with a strong mechanical background are encouraged to apply!
Prospective applicants would have experience in the heavy equipment industry. Experience in management preferred. A background in heavy equipment repairs, sales, rentals, or truck dispatch preferred. Applicants must show signs of people, managerial, organizational, and problem solving skills. Self motivation, a positive attitude, and ability to take direction required.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing and directing day-to-day duties of all employees
- Overseeing the maintenance/repairs of rental equipment and company vehicles
- Tracking the profitability of the branch
- Generating reports for upper management
- Tracking sales / rentals
