Timberlake Church is a fast-growing, creative, and multi-racial church committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. We are one church with multiple locations in the Seattle Metropolitan area and Southern Washington. Our Duvall campus size is 200 to 325 attendees. 

We seek talented individuals to join our team as a full-time Location Pastor at our Duvall location. Ideal candidates will be self-starters, fun to be around, and have a proven track record of success in their previous roles.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Teaching and preaching opportunities


• Hiring, developing, and leading location staff and volunteers


• Overseeing the spiritual development of attendees


• Collaborating with the Timberlake Redmond location for culture and systems


• Managing and overseeing the location budget

• You are an experienced, dynamic leader with a passion for evangelism

• Must be theologically Wesleyan and Egalitarian


• Minimum bachelor's degree required


• Must love God and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ


• Have a heart to see people come to know Christ


• Commit to weekly worship and tithing and make Timberlake Church your church home.


• Be a hard worker who is results-driven and has a high degree of ownership


• Lead with a high level of integrity and personal accountability


• Be open to feedback and seek opportunities to grow


• Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately, sensitively, and proactively


• High degree of professionalism


• Work full-time hours
