Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is looking for a CRNA for a 6 -month assignment, starting December 29, 2025. The role includes general, ortho, OB, and pediatric cases in a setting with 9 anesthesia rooms, using Epic for charting. MDs supervise CRNAs (4:1 ratio), and do not perform their own cases. Shifts are 8–10 hours, with regular hours required and in -house call preferred (no pager call on weeknights or weekends). Overtime is available but not expected. The facility accepts candidates needing to obtain a state license, and privileging is estimated to take 90 days. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nurse anesthesia program and certified (or awaiting certification) by the AANA.
Requirements
â Current certification as a CRNA by the National
Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
â Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA
licenses in Illinois
â Minimum of 1–3 years of
CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in general, ortho, OB and pediatrics cases
â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to
provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
â Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care
team
â BLS and ACLS required; PALS and
other advanced certifications as applicable
â Must be certified or recertified by the AANA and be accredited by the COA
