Evolution Veterinary Specialists (EVS) is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist to provide locum coverage at our independently owned, state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospital in beautiful Lakewood, Colorado.

We're also actively recruiting for a permanent, full-time Internal Medicine Specialist position. Locum coverage is a great way to experience our hospital, meet our team, and see whether EVS could be your long-term professional home.

64-slice CT scanner

Collaborative specialists in cardiology, oncology, surgery, critical care, and anesthesia
Experienced veterinary technicians and support staff

Board certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine (DACVIM-SAIM)
Residency-trained candidates who are board-eligible are encouraged to apply
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Colorado
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and procedural skills
Excellent communication and a collaborative approach to patient care
Commitment to high-quality medicine and compassionate client service
