Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine MD/DO;NP;PA to join our Medical Center on a six months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of September 2025. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of fifteen to twenty (15-20) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

• Board Certified
• Licensed in Connecticut State
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine Background Experience Required
