Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Infectious Disease Physician to join our Medical Center on a six months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of December 2025. The role involves scheduled clinical hours plus call, seeing an average of fifteen (15) patients per shift in an inpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

• MD/DO Degree
• Board Eligible
• Licensed in Indiana State or IMLC
• BLS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Required
• Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
• Cerner Preferred
