Job Title: Locum Tenens - Otolaryngology Physician

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Otolaryngology Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of December 2025. The role involves scheduled clinical hours plus call, seeing an average of twenty (20) patients per shift in an outpatient, inpatient setting. • MD/DO Degree
• Board Certified
• Licensed in Wisconsin State or IMLC
• ACLS Certification Required
• BLS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
