Position Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with lodging research, reservation planning, and accommodation-related needs. The Lodging Reservations Coordinator helps clients explore hotels, resorts, and other accommodation options while providing attentive service throughout the reservation process.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys researching destinations, comparing options, communicating with clients, and keeping important details organized. Training and access to reservation resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research hotels, resorts, and lodging options according to client preferences, dates, and budgets
- Assist clients in comparing available accommodations and reservation options
- Coordinate lodging reservations and related booking details
- Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information to clients
- Assist with changes or questions related to existing reservations
- Maintain organized records of client preferences and booking details
- Utilize online reservation platforms and industry resources
- Research property amenities, locations, and available services
- Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
- Follow established booking procedures and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service-oriented approach
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable researching and comparing options online
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow up consistently
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Willingness to learn reservation systems and booking procedures
- Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable computer and internet access
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
