iStaffing Riverside is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Corona, CA for a leading global distributor and manufacturer of products for the office equipment industry to assist the Purchasing Department in their daily functions.

Responsibilities:
· Track backorders status and coordinate shipping arrangement with oversea vendors
· Review shipping document from oversea vendors and validate accuracy
· Responsible for all customs documentation and communication with brokers
· Track container shipments sent from our HQ warehouse to our three other warehouse locations
· Update shipment ETA in system
· Coordinate with vendors on product returns and credits
· Monitor and negotiate rates with transportation and logistics providers
· Support the Purchasing Department in additional tasks as required
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of logistic/general business experience
· Excellent MS Excel skills with strong mathematical abilities
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Detail oriented
· Good verbal and written skills
· Fluent in Mandarin a plus
