Logistic Coordinator - Urgent

exhibitDEAL is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shipping

• Create shipment labels and documentation using software tools
• Tracking and rerouting packages
• Ensure packages are scanned and delivered in a timely manner to shipping companies
• Keep stock of packaging materials and request replenishment as needed
• Provides shipment and order information internally

Customer Service

• Communicate with customers via phone, email to answer questions
• Support customer service team with tasks such as follow ups, warranties and returns

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail, and accuracy
• Deadline-oriented with proven scheduling and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Proficient in documentation and reporting
• Dependability, persistence and independence
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Computer skills including word processing, Excel, Quickbooks
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience
• Experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software
• Completion of post secondary training in Management/Communications/Sales/Marketing with 1 – 3 years relevant experience
