In this role, you will be required to perform Daily Scanner Duties, such as:

• Scanned all New and Used Vehicles in all Lots (18th street, Sales/Basement, 8484 Wilshire, 5750 Wilshire, 5900 Olympic, Fairfax and Primero Body Shop).
• Print and insert all stickers with the vehicle information needed on all New and Used Vehicles.
• Verify if vehicles are properly stored in the Lots, such as new vehicles have to be with new vehicles and not Used vehicles and direct Drivers to move the vehicles to the correct Lot.
• Create and Submit the Vehicle Control Report for all non-instore vehicles and Lease return Control Report every Monday Morning via email to all in charge Personnel.
• Upload the Advent System for all Vehicle Inventory and submit before 10am.
• In charge of receiving new vehicles on the 18th Lot, check all books, inspect all vehicles keys, program all fobs and submit the Report via email for all in charge Personnel.
• Organize and maintain the Lot Organize for upcoming vehicles.
• Perform Smog Check as needed.
• Learn other Logistic Porter duties if help is needed.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work at 5am from Monday through Friday
