Logistics Administrator

As a Track & Trace Assistant you will support both our customer base and internal team. Working to provide exceptional customer service, track & trace loads, and efficiently manage daily functions vital to our growing operations. Position is Monday-Friday 07:00am-4:30pm; requires working every 5th weekend

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain heavy email traffic
• Provide updates to customers via phone & email
• Track & trace a variety of loads
• Collaborate with internal department to resolve issues
• Enter and update load information into AS400
• Analyze weekly score cards
• Create weekly logistics reports
• Manage multiple customer web portals
• Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department

• Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
• Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plus
