Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Agent to join the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Brooklyn. This role is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
About the role ️
- We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Logistics Associate to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products flow smoothly through our facility from receiving to prepping, to getting them ready to ship. What you will do
- Help manage the movement of inventory while hitting performance (KPI) targets
- Receive and scan inbound shipment into systemLabel, scan, and sort incoming product
- Break down and dispose of boxes and waste daily
- Problem solve complex cases to deliver best service possible
- Flag and communicate operational issues (e.g., shipment delays, missing or damaged items) to the appropriate team or lead immediately
- Execute packing and shipping preparation tasks efficiently, following all company protocols to ensure safe and accurate deliveries.
- Assist with processing product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with storage preparation, including organizing, labeling, and handling items for proper placement.
- Regularly lift and transport merchandise up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
Who you are ⭐
- A high school diploma (college degree is a bonus, but not required)
- At least 1 year of work experience — warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using scanners, computers, and internal tracking systems
- Dependable, self-driven, and motivated to meet goals
- Works well independently but thrives in a team environment
- Great communication skills and solid time management
- Detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-first attitude
$22 - $24 an hour
This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
