Job Description:

The candidate shall provide support to programs including but not limited to the following: Sensor, Weapons, and Launcher and Digital Engineering programs including the Over-the- Horizon (OTH) MLS and LCS SUW systems to.

1. Provide Program Management support. 

2. Perform organizational studies and analysis to define Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and systems engineering requirements. 

3. Monitor and maintain action status of program requirements to include Division Integrated Product Support requirements, planning, schedules, and data calls. 

4. Provide program, project, data, and system engineering management and analysis support in support of the Over- the-Horizon (OTH) MLS and LCS SUW systems as well as Command data calls and action. 

5. Tasking includes: 

a. Analyzing and reviewing data to help provide recommendations to sponsor and fleet representatives and support the development of presentations, schedules, white papers, strategies, and execution plans for program reviews. 

b. Address action items. 

c. Plan, coordinate and participate in meetings and conferences; and research, collect, and disseminate metric data

6. Support analysis and tracking of engineering inputs and metrics to support technical requirements and program reviews including: 

a. Performance and Organizational management metrics 

b. Program resource support plans 

c. Integrated Master Schedules 

d. Program Briefings and Technical papers

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States  without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the      future.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in logistics, project/program support, or operational analysis.
• Active Secret security clearance

Security Clearance:

Applicants may be required to have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not be limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
