We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers, and optimizing inventory levels. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and improve supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness

- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for optimization

- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of products

- Track and report on key performance indicators related to logistics

- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

- Make recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and transportation companies

- Create and maintain documentation related to logistics processes and procedures

- Provide support for any logistics-related projects or initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of beauty industry and products is a plus
