Job Description SAP Warehouse Inventory Coordinator OBJECTIVE: We have an exciting opportunity at ZWILLING, based in Pleasantville, New York, for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Incoming goods processing incl. checking of documents, inspection of delivery for correctness, integrity and completeness as well as preparation for storage. Storage using the appropriate IT systems. In-plant transport: most efficient fulfillment of all pending transport tasks. Storage: storage of all pending goods, through IT systems, predefined storage types and coordinates. Replenishment: Execution of the transport orders specified manually or by system to replenish the picking areas and to supply the various departments with consumables. Logistics systems: posting of defined transactions to the appropriate logistics IT systems. Independent coordination of a logistical sub-area defined by the department management (goods receipt, export packing area supply control, order release delivery pool, Flexus administration, dispatch planning), including support and technical guidance of the personnel assigned to the area. Work at computer workstation, use of SAP, subsystems, office applications. Independent communication with internal and external interface partners / service providers Collaboration in the continuous optimization of sub-processes within the framework of a global ERP environment Technical authority to issue directives in the coordination area
REQUIREMENTS Several years of professional experience in the field of warehousing and inventory management Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP WM/MM modules Experience with Microsoft Office applications Independent communication with internal and external interface partners / service providers Experience in the areas of warehousing, goods receipt processing, put away and replenishment incl. correlated master data management Technical interest, IT understanding and an analytical mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure Well organized and ability to keep deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment Proficient in Spanish is a plus ABOUT US: For over 285 years, ZWILLING J.A.
