Logistics Analyst (Requirements Facilitator) - Delta Point

The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Logistics Analyst. This position will support Government and Contract Program Management as a multi-role requirements facilitator in Data, Interfaces and Reports. The position will be involved with capturing end-to-end (E2E) process mapping to include traversing of data and interface interoperability in PMXG including interfaces with TSS, TMDE, EXPRESS - in coordination with the rollout sequence for inducted Production Document Numbers (PDN) for fielding of the MRO system. Additionally, the position will facilitate requirements gathering to develop and build reports by capturing the source to target mapping necessary to support the enterprise, organizations, and end users through out-of-the box (OOTB), OBIEE ad-hoc, QLIK and reporting Dashboards. Requirements will be managed and actioned within Octane to ensure compliance thereby supporting testing against the documented Acceptance Criteria. The position will collaborate with the Data Team to capture, identify and refine requirements and dependencies needing data within Requirements Documents (RDs). The position will attend and facilitate various meetings including report-related meetings and provide facilitation support in Delta Point and MRO FMO team communications. Facilitation involvement in reports development, reports testing. The position will provide status updates and metrics to Delta Point Management and to MRO/MRO-S FMO PMs as directed by Delta Point Management.

• Supports and facilitates Data, Interfaces, and Reporting meetings with MRO Report Lead, MRO Interfaces lead, MRO Data lead, PMs, teams and FMO Government PMs.
• Supports team organization and communications.
• Provides direct support to the Delta Point Tinker Site Lead – Supervisor as directed.
• Supports, tracks and statuses Octane requirements tracking as directed.
• Assists users with gaining access to necessary tools
• Provide support and coordination for data, interfaces, and reports test and go-live activities as directed.
• Tracks and statuses Remedy Tickets with developers and provides briefs as required
• Facilitates and supports Interfaces, Data, and Report related meetings as assigned and required
• Applies technical knowledge to support Interfaces, Data, Reports and local Delta Point teams as required
• Provides monthly metrics to the Delta Point Supervisor and Program Manager. Also to the Government Lead as directed by Delta Point management.

Education/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Air Force Depot Maintenance systems desired
• Understanding Air Force Depot Maintenance organizations, roles, and work
• Strong experience with Office 365 software and tools
• Experience with Air Force Information Technology system implementations desired
• Ability to communicate technical issues to various teams, organizations, and stakeholders.

Language Ability: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communications a must. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all personnel levels. 

Mathematical Ability: Basic skills required.

Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.

Job Knowledge and Computer Skills: Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, Planner or other scheduling tool.
