Logistics Analyst - with Great Benefits

1. Coordinate Export Shipments:

• Plan and coordinate air export shipments according to customer requirements and shipping schedules.
• Arrange for transportation, booking flights, and ensuring proper documentation for each shipment.

1. Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and review export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws.

1. Customer Communication:

• Communicate with customers to provide shipment status updates, resolve issues, and address any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

1. Vendor Management:

• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and other vendors to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve logistical issues.
• Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements as needed.

1. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and train export team members, providing guidance on export procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the export department.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on export activities, including shipment volumes, costs, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.

Onsite role : Schedule : M-F (9:30AM – 6PM) (Some overtime)

• Proven experience in air export operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of Regulatory & Industry Standards
• Knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management software.
