Logistics Assistant

Rogall+Co is seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to support our growing operations team based at our HQ in Morro Bay, CA. 

Reporting to the logistic coordinator, as a Logistics Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects moving seamlessly. You will coordinate material deliveries throughout San Luis Obispo County, manage inventory, track shipments, and support our crews in the field with the tools and supplies they need to succeed. You’ll also assist with scheduling, fleet coordination, and ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, load, and unload carpentry materials and supplies


• Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and safe handling of lumber, tools, and hardware


• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas


• Prepare and stage materials for carpentry projects and job sites


• Assist with deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks and transporting materials


• Support fleet operations by fueling, cleaning, and conducting basic vehicle checks


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, vehicles, and work areas


• Comply with all safety procedures and company policies
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly


• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record as this role requires frequent travel throughout San Luis Obispo County


• Reliable Transportation 


• Basic knowledge of carpentry materials is a plus


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Hiring Range: $25 - $25 per hour
