We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services throughout our organization. As a Logistics Assistant, you will support the logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and suppliers.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.


• Assist in preparing shipping documentation and labels.


• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding delivery schedules.


• Monitor transportation costs and identify areas for cost reduction.


• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.


• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
