Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for coordinating various activities related to the transportation of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the storage and transportation of goods from suppliers to customers.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock level monitoring.


• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders.


• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays.


• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation according to company standards and regulations.


• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.


• Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role is a plus.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software is an advantage.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
