You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding our services portfolio, and maintaining robust relationships in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business in domestic and international ocean and airfreight markets.
  
• Analyze customer logistics needs to create tailored solutions that uphold our commitment to service excellence.
  
• Drive growth by offering comprehensive transportation solutions, including warehousing and distribution services.
  
• Maintain and expand customer relationships within the assigned territory to ensure sustained business.
  
• Execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  
• Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and utilize networking skills to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  
• Prepare and present sales proposals and executive presentations.
  
• Participate actively in pricing analysis and sales meetings, and provide entertainment for key clients as required.
  
• Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients.
  

Job Requirements:

• Self-driven with excellent organizational and planning skills.
  
• Strong background in sales within the transportation and logistics industry.
  
• Established customer base with a robust network of contacts.
  
• Proven track record of sales success.
  

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the industry.
  
• Essential freight forwarding experience.
  
• International business experience is a plus.
  

Special Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  
• Effective networking and interpersonal skills; active participation in industry-related organizations is preferred.
  

Salary/Benefits:

• Salary Range: $69,000 - $95,000, plus a competitive commission structure.
