At Hill Bros. Logistics, we rely on strong carrier relationships to deliver results for our customers. As a Logistics Carrier Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in growing and supporting our carrier base—making sure each partner is vetted, onboarded, and supported for long-term success.

This position is a great fit for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with carriers on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do :  Carrier Engagement, Compliance & Service Support

• Prioritize daily outreach to active carriers and build long-term relationships
• Verify carrier credentials and conduct compliance reviews
• Keep carrier profiles and contact records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Respond to load inquiries and provide clear, timely updates to carriers
• Monitor carrier performance (e.g., on-time pick up/delivery) and follow up when expectations aren’t met
• Log communication, service feedback, and approvals (e.g., lumper services)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth freight execution

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation operations, or carrier support

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-through

Preferred:

• Experience with TMW Innovative or similar TMS software

• Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT tools
