Graza makes always fresh, never blended, olive oil that comes in fun-to-use squeeze bottles and unique refillable cans. In the past two years, Graza has expanded nationwide with retail partners and direct to consumer distribution. We’re proud to be on the shelves of Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, Publix, Costco and many others. After 3 years in the Olive Oil category, we’re growing into new categories and product lines this year. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for another member for our operations team.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator will support the efficient and accurate distribution of products to Graza’s wholesale partners. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and scale our logistics infrastructure as the business grows.
Manage the flow of customer orders into inventory management and warehouse management systems
Review customer orders for accuracy, routing, and fulfillment requirements
Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure proper documentation; support Accounting with deduction management as needed
Perform weekly manual closeout of sales orders
Gather and maintain LTL freight rates on a monthly basis and provide data to support freight invoice validation
Create case pack labels and other shipping documentation as needed
Assist with automation and process improvements across logistics and operations systems
Support the creation, tracking, and reporting of logistics KPIs
Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives related to warehousing and freight
Partner with the Operations team to continuously improve Graza’s logistics processes and infrastructure
Handle shipping inquiries and resolve delivery issues
Skills and Requirements
2 years of experience working in CPG operations
Strong quantitative abilities including excel or Google Sheets
Experience with automation softwares such as Parabola or Loop a plus
Experience with an EDI software and inventory management software
Detail oriented with strong communication skills
Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
This job is based in Brooklyn, NY with a 4 days per week in person requirement.
The base pay range for this position is $65,000-75,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
