Logistics Coordinator (Days 7am -7pm on a 2,2,3,2 rotation)

We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. If you’re passionate about coordinating operations, improving processes, and supporting a fast-paced fulfillment environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Onsite

What You'll Do:

Prioritize work assignments based on business needs and client requirements

Establish and monitor processes to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Create and maintain reports on key performance metrics

Facilitate training and provide guidance on procedures and complex requests

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment processes

Serve as a liaison between internal customers and fulfillment operations

Communicate updates on statuses, delays, and operational challenges

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent

3+ years of relevant experience

Experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
