Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international)
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist with freight quoting, cost tracking, and invoice verification
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics.
- Experience with domestic and/or international shipping
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of import/export compliance
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
