With weekly pay ranging from $15 - $20/hour based on experience/knowledge.

Responsibilities for the Dispatcher/Install Coordinator:
Order equipment for installations and register equipment for warranty.
Handle incoming calls and receive service requests via phone, email, or online.
Receive and check all deliveries to the warehouse.
Schedule new equipment installations with customers.
Process payments for installations.
Arrange service appointments based on urgency and technician availability.
Dispatch technicians with necessary information and tools.
Monitor service calls and update customers on technician arrivals.
Optimize technician routes for efficiency.
Keep customers informed and address concerns.
Assist with special projects and installations.
Provide administrative support to the HVAC team.

Requirements for the Dispatcher/Install Coordinator:
2-5 years of Dispatch experience.
Customer service and dispatch experience in Home Services is highly preferred.
HVAC Experience/Knowledge preferred.
Service Titan experience is a plus!
Microsoft Office experience is highly preferred.
Tech-savvy; proficient with computer and phone systems.
Ability to show empathy and communicate effectively.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for problem resolution.
Excellent multitasking abilities, especially in challenging situations.
