salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination: Organize and coordinate transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Order Processing: Handle orders from clients or internal departments, verify accuracy, and coordinate with warehouses or suppliers for fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain sufficient stock to meet demand.
Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and negotiate rates.
Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork ensuring compliance with regulations.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipment status, provide regular updates, and generate reports on key performance indicators.
Problem Solving: Address logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
