AM Home Delivery is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you have a strong background in logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Coordinating pickup of products and orders from various locations according to customer requirements and transportation constraints.
Optimize pick up schedules, confirm pickup times, addressing any issues and provide updates as necessary.
Resolves any issues that may arise during the pickup process such as delays, cancellations, or changes while minimizing disruptions and maintain customer service.
Work closely with other departments such as warehouse operations, inventory management and transportation to ensure seamless coordination of pickup activities.
Manage inbound / outbound communication, such as phone calls and e-mails to include company driver’s and assigned contractors issues and customer deliveries.
Provide status updates to management on specific accounts/orders daily as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
Microsoft Office Skills, with expertise in Excel.
One year of relevant experience preferred.
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
Highly professional and dependable.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task
Ability to manage time and meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
