We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a prestigious Fortune 500 company as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations by coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and transfers.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues or delays.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and rates.
• Support the logistics team in handling administrative tasks and process documentation.
