Logistics Executive

AJW Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Executive to manage the import and export operations of customer orders both domestically and internationally. This position is based onsite at one of our key customers’ facilities in Miami, FL, playing a vital role in ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate daily import and export activities using designated freight carriers.

• Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure smooth logistics workflows and on-time, in-full deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with international and domestic Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations (IATA 2020, ADR 2019).

• Prepare export customs documentation and invoices in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Secure competitive transportation rates and correctly apply AJW freight tariffs and recharge policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping information in the Quantum system (where applicable).

• Collaborate with Customer Support and MRO teams for order tracking and updates.

• Handle carrier clearance instructions for both imports and exports.

• Ensure that all commodities adhere to global export control regulations.

• Maintain seamless communication across shifts through detailed Logistics Handovers.
