Our employees create and deliver state-of-the-art microwave systems, generators and circulators for Scientific, Food Processing, Semiconductor, Plasma, Industrial Heating and Industrial Drying applications. Microwave Techniques is searching for an Logistics Fulfillment Coordinator in our Nashua, New Hampshire location.

What will you do in this role?

Receiving:

· Receives goods following established receiving process, reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing.

· Delivers material to inventory stockroom.

· Scans receiving documentation. 

· Maintains daily forklift safety check list. 

Shipping:

· Use UPS to prepare pick up for outgoing shipments.

· Schedule with other local carriers for outgoing shipments, ie FedEx, DHL & other long-haul trucking. 

· Package and prepare outgoing shipments, including palletizing if required.

· Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments.

· Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.

· Prepares bills of lading and tickets for shipments. 

· Completes information on damage claims for in-transit damage.

· Loads trucks using a forklift.

Fulfillment:

· Performs cycle count inventory. 

· Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

· Collaborate with Sales on shipping requirements.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements

What do you need to be successful?

· 2+ years of previous forklift warehouse experience.

· Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.

· Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.

· Previous experience with FedEx Freight or other freight companies helpful. 

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient with freight company software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Must be able to move within the warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, reaching and climbing ladder. 

· Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds at a time. 

· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures near the receiving area. 

· Able to communicate effectively.

The shift available in Nashua, New Hampshire is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Safety shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor.
