In addition to distributing our ríjuice brand to regional retailers, we make high-quality products for private-label customers and co-manufacturing clients nationwide. Job Overview

The Logistics Manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inventory management/customer service, and logistics functions of the facility in Lancaster, PA.

This position leads the logistics team, ensuring the satisfactory completion of all inventory management and order fulfillment objectives. The manager is fully responsible for compliance with company procedures at all times. Provide active oversight and training functions that result in consistent compliance with the procedures and regulatory requirements.

Weekly Activities

• Directing logistics and fulfillment activities while managing the operational team


• Supervising administrative systems, procedures, and daily tasks


• Overseeing the order fulfillment process to guarantee precision and punctuality for all customer requests


• Managing customer inquiries via phone and email with professional communication

• Collaborating with suppliers to generate purchase orders and regulate inventory


• Ensuring manufacturing requirements are met by maintaining optimal supply stock


• Enhancing facility workflows and office operations through continuous organization


• Monitoring operational improvements and reporting on the status of procedural updates

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Eligible employees are entitled to accrue paid time off (PTO) to use for vacation time, sick time, or other personal reasons. All regular full-time employees are entitled to accrue PTO from their date of hire at the rate of 1.6 hours for every 40 hours worked for a maximum of 10 days per year.
