Logistics Manager

TDI Central Warehouse

Annual Salary: $75,000–$85,000

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who knows how to build strong teams, keep inventory accurate, and get orders out the door on time? We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead shipping, receiving, inventory, and kitting and fulfillment operations at our TDI Central Warehouse.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll supervise team leads and warehouse staff, coordinate daily priorities, and drive improvements in accuracy, productivity, and customer service. You’ll also oversee kitting and fulfillment for MSP Design Group’s webstore customers.

Our warehouse runs on NetSuite WMS, so hands-on experience with a warehouse management system in a distribution or fulfillment environment is essential. 

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Lead and develop multiple teams. Supervise team leads across Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Kitting & Fulfillment. Set clear expectations, manage staffing priorities, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.

  Keep warehouse operations moving. Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; coordinate carrier pickups; and resolve shipment discrepancies.

  Maintain inventory accuracy. Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Investigate discrepancies and establish controls to reduce loss, damage, and errors.

  Deliver accurate, on-time fulfillment. Ensure customer orders and kits meet product, packaging, and shipping requirements.

  Improve processes and performance. Develop standard procedures, track results, and identify ways to improve productivity, reduce shipping costs, and make better use of warehouse space.

  Promote safe work practices. Train team leads and staff on warehouse procedures, WMS workflows, quality standards, and equipment use.

  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  

  At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or order fulfillment, including supervisory experience managing team leads or multiple teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on WMS experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment; NetSuite WMS experience strongly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience overseeing shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with shipping software and Microsoft Excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to manage competing priorities, hold teams accountable, and meet customer deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, kitting, or distribution preferred.

  
  

Work Environment

This hands-on position includes regular time on the warehouse floor, operating pallet jacks, and periods of desk and computer work. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and limited travel.
