What you will do

• Oversee daily logistics operations at the Decatur site, maintaining efficient inventory and supply chain workflows across a 40-hour work week.

• Manage vendor relationships, shipment tracking, and distribution schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate warehouse staff and resources, guiding team execution and monitoring operational safety standards.

• Implement process improvements within the logistics chain to reduce transit times and operational costs.

What the role requires

• Proven management experience within a logistics or supply chain environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple operational streams simultaneously.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse logistics protocols.

• Clear communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Your first months at National Pan-Hellenic Council

During your first month under the standard probationary term, you will take ownership of the Decatur facility's supply chain workflows and align with the existing warehouse staff. You will have reviewed active vendor contracts, mapped current distribution bottlenecks, and integrated into daily operations.
