JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Inpro, a 14-year consecutive winner of theTop Workplace, seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Managerto oversee our daily domestic and international transportationmanagement and carrier procurement operations. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for carrier contracting, performance tracking, freightpayment, and freight claims management. This role includes managing ourhazardous materials program and ensuring full compliance with DOT, IATA& IMDG regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop andmaintain strong relationships with carriers, leading to long-termpartnerships. Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipping operations.Execute and automate transportation support for Shipping, Purchasing,Sales, and Customers. Manage freight claims and invoice audits. Partnerwith different departments and carriers to reduce damage and loss,improving packaging where necessary. Oversee quoting and database tosupport automation. Manage hazardous materials and fleet operations.Maintain continuous communication with sales regarding all logisticsactivities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred) or relatedfield. Minimum of five years\' experience in management. Previousexperience working with dangerous goods and understanding domestic andinternational regulations governing packaging, transport, andmanagement. Current hazmat certificates in DOT, IATA, and IMDG.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and strong skills in business software, includingdatabases, spreadsheets, and document controls. Preferred TMSexperience. Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to theSupply Chain Manager.
