Logistics & Materials Coordinator

Hours:

• Full Time – 6 Month Contract
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Requirements:

·         3-5+ years of administration experience required.

·         Possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent computer and coding skills.

·         Knowledge of SAP.

·         Familiar with international shipment laws and customs requirements.

·         Ensures custom documents, insurance binders, customer signatures and quoting is completed on time for machine shipments.

·         Provides inventory analysis coverage as required.

·         Maintains database for machine imports.

·         Processes weekly consolidated shipments from overseas and documents for customs when required.  Collects additional data needed for brokerage to import parts.

·         Maintains records and logs for items shipped.

Pay Rate:

• $35/hr
