Logistics Operations Manager

Raichan Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Mira Loma facility. This full-time position offers $105,000–$125,000 per year. The successful candidate will improve performance, manage teams, and ensure reliable movement of freight across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance goals.
• Improve workflows, costs, and service levels.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of logistics management experience.
• Proven experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and inventory processes.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and reporting systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
