From your PASSION to ours

As a Logistics Receiving/Shipping LTO you must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of shipping, receiving, including but not limited to trailer movement.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Complete proper departmental paperwork flow, including system utilization, production reconciliation, verification, cycle counting activities and production sampling
• PECO pallet management
• Receiving inbound raw materials
• Deliver packaging supplies to packaging lines when necessary and staging finished goods materials using FIFO
• Shuttle movements (Yard Truck), LTO LIS usage, daily sanitation of work area
• Completion of all other duties as required
• Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and work on projects
• Learns multiple jobs as determined by team consensus
• Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs, including emergency situations
• Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate and pass down business information
• Follow TAP process to complete training requirements
• Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action
• Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and support maintenance when needed 
• Perform other assignments as needed by team or Leadership Team

• Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.
• Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.
• Good business participation (eg. Green room, safety, process improvement).
• Performed similar positions in the past.

SCHEDULE:  8-Hour Shift (Nights: 2:00pm-10:30pm)
