A medical appliances manufacturer, that exports medical appliances to more than 70 countries, and is actively growing in the U.S. along with its headquarters in Korea, which leads the medical appliances market.

[Job Summary]

[Job Description]
- Liaise with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.
- Process order entries and ensure timely delivery using various carriers.
- Responsibility over the entire logistics process, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks

Inventory Control
- Contract review/update/negotiations
- Managing 3PL
- Resolve issues and proactively set up the new process/execute the process improvement
- Logistics/SCM system maintenance and implementation
- Manage the team and evaluate team members’ performance and set up/execute the improvement plan
- Manage customer (end-user) relations issues and follow up -This includes contacting resellers, promote, status check and follow up
- Manage service center operations
- Ad-hoc responsibilities and duties required by the management

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, SCM or business related preferred
- Shipping/trucking/delivery/ocean/in-land trucking and 3rd party Logistics company handling experience
- 6 + years of experience
- Bilingual in Korean highly preferred
