Tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics partners and carriers.
Preparing and delivering analytical reports to support both tactical decisions and strategic initiatives.
Collaborating across departments to quickly address and resolve shipping exceptions.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives, including corrective and preventative actions.
Participating in or leading cross-functional projects aimed at improving logistics operations.
Building strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensuring clear and effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field;
OR an Associate’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience;
OR a High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of both domestic and international shipping processes.
In-depth understanding of import/export customs regulations and compliance.
Proven experience with major carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English and Japanese(reading, writing, and speaking).
