What You Would Do

• Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well
• Stay in close communication with our customers regarding the details of their project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
• Provide support to crews including but not limited to booking hotels, utilities, updating existing sales, rescheduling projects/project move ups
• Conduct project confirmation calls
• Back up the appointment center when there is an influx of incoming phone calls
• Follow up on all projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep customer records and files updated

What We Need for this Role

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Prior scheduling experience is a plus
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to see the big picture while having a high attention to every detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
