Logistics Specialist

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and manage shipments
• Monitor production schedules and sales orders
• Communicate with sales teams and customers to ensure service excellence
• Prepare shipping and export documentation in compliance with trade regulations
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies
• Identify and support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives

• 3+ years of transportation or logistics experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain accuracy
• Bilingual and export experience a plus

Compensation:

The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc/Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
